Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a reading, you agree to the following terms. Cancellations must be carried out at LEAST 48 hours before the scheduled time of the reading. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations that occur within 48 hours of your reading. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a reading. Readings do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice from professionals. Readings are meant as guidance or advice only. Nothing is written in stone, and time can be altered through your own free will and decisions. Jacque is not responsible for any decisions you make after a reading. Jacque has the right to cancel, refuse, or reschedule a reading for any reason at any time. If a reading needs to be cancelled by Jacque, a refund will be issued to the client. A Zoom Link will be sent upon booking. Please use this link to access the reading at your scheduled time and not before! Thank you
